Volunteering with CEDRO
In order to read an essay on the history and services of CEDRO, click here. The program has asked Shine a light to find volunteers with the following characteristics:
Skills: Psychologists, social workers, teachers, actors, musicians, puppet masters, artists, sports coaches.
Length of Service: Six months.
Language: Must be good, but not necessarily fluent.
Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old. It would be best if volunteers had some experience with children.
Personal characteristics: Ability to adapt to a context of poverty. Good health. Please, no special diets. Emotional maturity. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team.
