Skills: People with experience is radio and video. Journalists. Teachers. Day care workers. Artists.
Length of Service: Six months is best.
Language: Fluency.
Age and Education: 18-35 years old.
Personal characteristics: Volunteers must have the communications skills necessary to share their experiences, and must be ready to learn from everyone.
