Caritas Veracruz

Caritas Veracruz has been working informally with street children for the last year, serving holiday meals and providing emergency services, but now it wishes to create a shelter. At this point, Caritas believes it has built some trust, and it hopes to move another step forward.

Shine a light is advising Caritas on the creation of its new program for homeless youth through the Veracruz Project and Shine a light fellow Mala Shah.
