Ecuadorian Forum of Children’s Programs

The Forum unites some 100 NGOs that work for children and adolescents. It’s mission is to “Advocate for the children’s rights,” which it realizes through polls, bills proposed to Congress, and lobbying for a new Children’s Code. It also gives the “Dreaming Elf” award to people or institutions that distinguish themselves in the struggle for children’s rights.
