Forum DCA (Forum of NGOs against the Exploitation of Children)
Forum DCA is a network of 74 organizations that work with street kids throughout Brasil. Its work includes lobbying, training, research, and the distribution of information. The program publishes a regular internet bulletin and various books and pamphlets.
Since sharing information among members is important, DCA uses the internet extensively and helps member organizations get cheap access to the web. When this is not possible, they also work to network member organizations in the same community that do have access to the internet. DCA also uses the mass media to disseminate its information, and coordinates regular regional workshops for members.
