Fundación por la protección de la niñez (The Foundation for the Defense of Childhood)

The Foundation for the Defense of Childhood provides money, food, and space to NGOs that work with children in Mexico City and Tijuana. Thanks to a large endowment, inherited from a Mexican businessman, the Foundation has constructed a beautiful building with meeting rooms, computers, and a huge warehouse to distribute donations of food, and clothing.

The Network for Children’s Rights in Mexico has its office in the Foundation’s building, allowing close connections with NGOs that work for children. The Foundation also has an excellent public relations team that helps it promote its rights-based model.
