Skills: Artists, actors, dancers, musicians, and sports coaches.
Length of Service: At least six months.
Language: Good verbal skills.
Age and Education: Some experience with at risk children is best.
Personal characteristics: Volunteers must be passionate about work with excluded children. They must also be emotionally mature and able to work independently.
