Intercalle

Intercalle began when directors of various street kid programs in Montevideo realized that they were competing against each other, much to the disadvantage of street kids. Intercalle is a network that promotes collaboration and eliminates duplicated and unneccessary services. It also serves as a training resource, to negotiate with and lobby the government, and to design programs for public schools.
