Though Shine a light has not yet met formally with The Street Revolution, and thus the program is not a member of the Shine a light Network, it has asked Shine a light to look for volunteers. The program works with some of the most excluded children of Guatemala, and has a strongly evangelical mission. It began under the umbrella of Juventud con una Missión, but is now independent.
