PROJECT SÁLIBA

Sáliba People

The Sáliba people, like many indigenous groups, want to maintain their culture while they learn from the west. Sáliba children from three different communities documented the knowledge and practices of their culture in fascinating and profound films. How to make an arrow (below, left) is one of the most beautiful in the SAL archives.
